Individual EFT Therapy

EFT is a collaborative, structured approach to working with couples, families and individuals that fosters the creation of secure relationship bonds. It is an affirming, caring, supportive way to get out of the 'stuck places' we all get into.
The goal of individual EFT Therapy (EFIT) is that you become more emotionally balanced, mentally open, flexible in what you do, deeply engaged and alive, and more and more able to learn and grow in the ways you choose. Through EFIT you discover new ways of engaging with your own experience, with others, and with life's existential dilemmas.

We all live in the context of relationships - our relationship with ourselves, with our partners, with friends and family, with co-workers, and, to a lesser extent, with so many others. EFIT works with people in the context of these relationships and not as an isolated individual.

Working with individuals is in a context of understanding and compassion for how currently ineffective ways of being in the world were developed due to limited options in our past.                                     (my thanks to Sue Johnson and her book Attachment Theory in Practice.)
I work positively with all couples in your, and my, diversity - whether gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex or heterosexual; whether black, mixed race or white; whether disabled or able bodied, young or old, whether you have a religion or are non-religious, whatever your ethnicity or country of birth.
