About Sandra Taylor
I really enjoy working with therapists/counsellors and helping them develop as EFT therapists and supervisors. It is a challenging and enriching journey that needs good support.
I am an experienced therapist, supervisor and trainer and was certified by ICEEFT  as an emotionally focused therapist in 2012, as an EFT supervisor 2015, and as an EFT Trainer in 2018. Before I discovered EFT I had been a Person Centred Counsellor, supervisor and trainer.
From my first experience of emotionally focused therapy I was hooked. It is an approach that gives us a clear and logical process to work through together.
