Would you only supervise me for Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy client work?
I only supervise therapists who are developing their Emotionally Focused Therapy work or are already Certified EFT Therapists.
However, it is usual for these therapists to be trained in at least one other approach, my own background is in the Person Centred Approach, and they will often to be working with individuals as well as with partners.

How frequently would I need to see you?
1-1 Supervision: It depends on whether you want consultative supervision or clinical supervision.
Clinical supervision is monthly supervision (usually at least 1 1/2 hours per month as per, for example, BACP guidelines); this usually covers the whole of the therapist's client work, including EFT relationship work and other individual work.
Consultative supervision is where a therapist wants occasional specific EFT couples work supervision but continues with another supervisor as their practice supervisor.
Group supervision: The groups run monthly.

Supervision of supervision: It depends on your needs and what is practical for you. More frequent sessions help candidate supervisors with their development as supervisors but we can work out together what suits you. Certified supervisors sessions can be one-offs or regular, and can be only supervision or a mix of supervision for your EFT therapy and supervision work.
Where would I see you?
Online: I usually use Zoom. I send you an email just before the session with a link that you click at the start of the session.
When can I see you?
I usually work with supervisees in the daytime on Thursday. I don't work in the evenings.
How long are sessions and how much do they cost?
Sessions are usually 1 - 1 1/2 hours in length.
Sessions for 1 - 2 supervisees cost a minimum of £80 per hour and, where you charge clients or supervisees more than this, my fee is the maximum that you charge clients / supervisees per hour.
Supervision group - 2 hours - £40 per person.
You can pay by bank transfer, or by Paypal (if abroad).
Note: for ICEEFT purposes individual supervision of therapists includes one or two supervisees in sessions with a supervisor.

What if I can't attend my session?
You need to give 48 hours notice, otherwise you will need to pay for the session.
