About Sandra Taylor
I am passionate about working with clients to explore new ways of engaging with their own experience, in relationship with others, and with the existential dilemmas inherent in our lives. I work with people whether their issues seem small or feel insurmountable. I work collaboratively, helping them to a deeper understanding and appreciation of themselves, their lives, and their relationships.
I am an experienced relationship and individual therapist who was certified by ICEEFT as an emotionally focused therapist in 2012, as a supervisor of EFT therapists in 2015 and as a Trainer in 2018. Before this I was a Person Centred Counsellor working with individuals, having qualified as a counsellor in 1992. I am also an experienced and qualified supervisor and trainer of counsellors.
From my first experience of emotionally focused therapy I was hooked. It is a collaborative approach that gives us a clear and logical process to work through together. I support you to reach into your emotions and distress to rebuild love and connection with yourself and others.
